来自美国的乐队While Heaven Wept早在1989年就成立了，然而二十年来作品寥寥，名气也不甚响亮。从成立之初到2003年期间曾经为乐队效力的成员竟然有65人以上，也许频繁的人员变动影响了乐队的发展， 不过他们还是坚持了下来。
