Joe Lovano and Dave Douglas launched the sound printing adventure in 2013, the 80th birthday of Wayne short. Since then, the mission of saxophone and trumpet players has been to celebrate the legacy of their distinguished elders by creating and playing new music conceived in his fearless creative spirit. Among the generations of pianist Lawrence fields, bassist Linda may Han and drummer Joey Baron, the quintet master has published live sound print: the Monterey Jazz Festival live, which includes two new short themes of global creation.
