北欧系民族融合爵士即兴团体Spjarnsvallet - 《Again & Again》，这个乐队低产但非常不错，这张不好找。

结合了非洲和北欧同时两个大板块的民族音乐和即兴。

Tracks 1 - 6 were recorded in 1975, and parts of that material were on the 1976 LP "Spjärnsvallet".
Track 7 recorded in 1973 at Blue Rock Studios, New York.
Track 8 recorded on 24 August 2014 (without Kjell Westling who had passed away) at Studio Pannhuset.
Track 5 contains quotations from "The Jungle Is a Skyscraper" by Ornette Coleman.
Track 8 contains quotations from "9 + 10" by Christer Bothén and "Desireless" by Don Cherry.
