There was already an earlier incarnation of Coroner formed between 1983-1985 with Marky and Oliver Amberg playing some sort of Mötley Crüe-styled music. According to Oliver Amberg, the band played several gigs and recorded one demo in 1983 with Amberg on vocals, bass and guitar and Marky on drums.
